Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Michael Friebe, founding director of the FOM CIBE, you will immerse yourself in the exciting world of innovation. The course offers a practice-oriented introduction to developing and presenting your own business ideas. From the first flash of inspiration to the convincing presentation – you will go through the entire process and learn how to turn an idea into a successful business model.
What can you expect?
- Developing a business idea: Learn how to find a vision, identify potential customers, analyze the market and formulate a clear business idea.
- International innovation methodology: Prof. Friebe was involved in the development of this methodology and will show you how to apply it in practice.
- Practice-oriented exercises: Make your ideas tangible and recognize potential challenges early on.
- Convincing presentation: Improve your presentation techniques and learn to communicate your ideas clearly and convincingly.
