The innovation semester presents its results in the final on March 23!
Young people from university and work have dedicated themselves to exciting projects.
These are offered by course instructors from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, Heinrich Heine University, Fliedner University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf and the company, Henkel.
This innovation semester offers a unique and diverse opportunity to grow together in a wide variety of topics and seminars.
This year, participants were able to produce their own music, design a vision for the urban life of the future, work as online editors, learn how to brew Altbier, deal with sustainable packaging recycling, design a virtual exhibition or make films with a smartphone.
What makes the Innovation Semester so special is that it brings together students, young professionals and trainees from various universities, disciplines and industries in Düsseldorf.
An opportunity for young people and project leaders alike to get to know other institutions, test new forms of teaching and experience project work.
This interdisciplinary and inter-institutional approach focuses on what Wissensregion Düsseldorf stands for: “We can learn best from people who think differently.” The format is unique in Germany and promotes the key skills for successful work in the future: the ability to work in a team, a practical and solution-oriented approach, project management skills and dealing with people from different professional and personal backgrounds. At the kick-off event on October 26, 2022, the eight courses started the fourth innovation semester with excitement.
We will find out what they have created in their project groups since then at the results finale on March 23, 2023.
Not only the results will be presented there, but also the entire development process.
We are looking forward to an evening full of inspiration, innovation and enthusiasm!
